8LA Homework:
1. study group permission slips due by 10/25/10

Tuesday, 10/26/10, we will be having a test on Chapter 11 in Language (nouns, pronouns,and adjectives). Today, the students were given a study packet to practice for the test. The packet is due Tuesday. They do not have to start the packet this weekend, but it may help them if they do. Students will also be able to use their outline on the test.

Study group permission slips were sent home today. We will have a study group on Monday, 10/25/10, after school from 3-4pm in my room (235). Students may only attend if they have a signed permission slip.

Congratulations go out to 8K! They filled their marble jar and earned a Bonus day! Marbles were earned by the classmates for showing kindness and respect to their peers, teachers, and school. Marbles were also earned for their hard work, great thought provoking questions, and wonderful responses in LA class! I am proud of you!

The great news too is that 8F is just a few marbles away from earning their Bonus day! Keep up the great work!
